Physician's Primary Care Center, Inc. are locally owned and independently operated healthcare clinics located in Ontario, OR and Weiser, ID.  We specialize in offering Primary and Immediate Care Service at both clinic locations.

PPCC was established in 1994 by opening the valleys first independent Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic.  It was the clinic's aim to provide affordable, quality, healthcare 7-days per week with no appointment necessary and to expand the availability of Primary Care.  For the past 25 years, we've been driven to maintain that vision.

Today, PPCC has two clinic locations offering Walk-In, healthcare services.  And, we've also expanded our appointment based Primary Care services at both clinics

Our mission is to improve the health of those we serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do.  Our goal is to offer quality care that exceeds patient expectations.  We aim to provide accessible, caring, convenient and cost-effective health care to all of our patients.
