CDL Physicals

PPCC providers are certified by The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners to perform DOT Physicals. 

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has set new guidelines that state:  "all commercial drivers whose current medical certificate expires on or after May 21, 2014, at expiration of that certificate must be examined by a medical professional listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners".

DOT Physicals are offered and performed on a walk-in basis at both clinic locations.  The cost of the DOT exam is set at $100 dollars.  However, there will be additional cost(s) associated with the exam to any participants that are non-qualified and require any additional testing or examinations.  Please contact PPCC with any questions.
