Paul Snyder MD

Paul Snyder, MD passed away August 4th, 2017.  Memorial services have not been announced.

Dr. Snyder's patients may still be seen through our Ontario Oregon Urgent Care.  Please walk-in at your convenience and we will provide up to 90 days of medication refills.

We urge all of Dr. Snyder's patients to please find another Internal Medicine provider in the area.  Both St. Al's and St. Luke's have local providers.
