DOT Physicals are offered and performed on a walk-in basis at both clinic locations. The cost of the DOT exam is set at $100 dollars. However, there will be additional cost(s) associated with the exam to any participants that are non-qualified and require any additional testing or examinations. Please contact PPCC with any questions.

PPCC Urgent Care in Weiser & Ontario, to date, has performed around 300 free school/sport physicals this year...
As a reminder - please be patient. We must accommodate both urgent care customs and our patients needing physicals. Physicals are offered on a first come first served basis. Typically, the mornings at both clinics have seen less patients and therefor offer a shorter wait time.
Please arrive at the clinic at least 1 hr before closing to assure we can meet the need of our communities.
