Sports Physicals

 School / Church / Sports Physical Exams-

Our clinics offer School, Church & Sports Physicals year around on a no appointment walk-in basis.  Both of our locations in Weiser, ID & Ontario, OR offer this service during business hours.

Eligible Participants:
  • Middle School (5th, 6th, 7th  & 8th)
  • High School     (9th  - 12th)
  • College and/or University Students
Please bring with you any specific sport, school, or church forms/applications that your affiliation requires.

PPCC is charging:  $20 per exam
